BIKES
Rent a Bike offers bicycle rentals at Strandvägen, Kajplats 18. Perfect for those who want to rent a bike in Stockholm city. If you want to rent a bike on Djurgården, Djurgårdsboden is a perfect option. They provide bicycle rentals at a good price, and you can either book in advance or drop by. Helmet and map are included.

CHECK OUT
Check out is at 11.00 o'clock am. You can store your luggage in the luggage room if you need to leave later.

COFFEE & TEA
You will find a coffee/tea tray in your room. Our De Luxe rooms offer Espresso coffee and tea in the room, free of charge. You will find instructions on how to use the Nespresso machine on the coffee tray.

· Take shorter showers and use your towel for an extra day.

GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP
Our hotel is located in central Stockholm. In spite of extra sound proof windows installed, there may be disturbance from Stockholm nightlife. Ear plugs are available in you room.

INTERNET
We provide you with wireless internet connection free of charge. Please contact the Front desk for username, password and/or technical assistance.

IRONING ROOM
Located on the 3rd and 4th floor (rooms 351-359 and 401-419) If you would like to borrow or have an ironing set delivered to your room, please contact the Front desk.

JAZZ
At Kung Carl´s Jazz club you will find a mix of Swedish established and up-and-coming artists performing live. Open Fridays and Saturdays. For reservation contact the restaurant or the bar.

LAUNDRY
Laundry that is handed in at the front desk before 9 am will be returned in the afternoon. there is a laundry bag in the wardrobe and at the front desk.

LUGGAGE ROOM
Located at the lobby level. The hotel does not take responsibility for any valuables not being stored in a safety deposit box. For access to a safety deposit box, please contact the front desk. Open 24 hours.

PARKS
Hotel Kung Carl enjoys an ideal location next to Humlegården, which offers excellent opportunities for picnics and walks. Guests can enjoy a relaxing time in the park or take a stroll in its beautiful surroundings. Additionally, we are pleased with the proximity to Djurgården, where visitors have the opportunity to rent canoes and bicycles. For those who prefer jogging, a tour along Djurgården's beautiful pathways can stretch over 9.5 kilometers and provide a pleasant running experience.

SAFE
There is a safety deposit box in most rooms and in the lobby. The hotel may not be held responsible for valuables that has not been stored in the safety deposit box. Do not at any time leave your bags unattended, please be alert during check out.

SUSTAINABILITY
We change the bed sheets every third day. Guests can inform the reception if they wish to have them changed more frequently or kept for a longer duration. Towels are only replaced if placed on the floor. Our aim is to provide both comfort and sustainability during your stay with us.

TOILETRIES
Soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, comb, shower cap, sanitary product, shoe shine kit, sewing kit and facecloths are available at the front desk free of charge. These products can also be delivered to your room on request.

TURBO AND HIS PUPPIES
Turbo and his puppies will keep you company during your stay at the hotel, but they wish not to leave the room. You are welcome to purchase the dogs at the front desk.

WATER
The tap water is clean and safe to drink. Bottled water is available for sale at the bar.

WASTE SORTING
Our dedicated staff is always at your service, and this includes assisting you, our guest, with smooth waste sorting. You can confidently leave the materials you wish to sort by the side of the bin, and we will take care of the rest with care and precision.

WAKE-UP CALL
You may order your wake-up call via the TV. The hotel is not responsible for any non delivered wake-up call, We recommend that you have a back-up, for example the alarm on your mobile phone.
