At Hotel Kung Carl, the day starts with a breakfast filled with care, craftsmanship, and culinary experiences from Swedish farms and producers. We let the season guide us and always choose the best ingredients – carefully selected with respect for nature and tradition.

Saturday - Sunday, holidays & breaks: 07:30 - 11
The breakfast buffet is always included for our hotel guests.
For external visitors, breakfast costs 325 kronor
Craftsmanship and natural ingredients
Our bread is handmade at Baker BAK, where quality and craftsmanship are at the center.
For breakfast, we serve apple juice from Swedish apples – 100% natural, with no additives – and cold-pressed clementine juice from Grönsakshallen Sorunda.
From Swedish farms
Our jams are cooked on-site from fruits and berries sourced from small farms around Sweden.
Butter, cream cheese, milk, and yogurt come from farms on the west coast – where animals, nature, and taste are cherished.
Sustainability in focus
We collaborate with suppliers who share our values regarding craftsmanship, sustainability, and the environment.
Everything we serve is carefully selected to reflect the season and provide you with the best from each season.
