What happens after the microphones are turned off? One meeting leads to another. A crocodile ends up on the autopsy table, and perhaps can help people with hearing impairments. A meeting with a Nobel laureate turns into an inspiring hug fest with children in a Stockholm suburb. A radio segment becomes a symphony. The ripples continue long after the program is over.
On November 10, we will meet Lena Nordlund, science journalist at Sveriges Radio and honorary doctor at KTH, awarded for her ability to portray the people behind the research.
We discuss the unexpected ripples her journalism has created – between science, art, music, and people – and what nearly three decades behind the microphone have taught her.

The conversations start at 6:00 PM in the Jazz club. Drop-in from 5:00 PM at the bar La Cour – feel free to grab a drink or a wrap – and the evening ends with a debrief at the bar.
